It’s the way that you’re going to not only maximize your day, but also create a solid foundation for your mindfulness and mediation practice. It has other benefits too – like mental balance, weight control, and just overall longevity. A good discipline will tone the body to serve your practice like no other. So, let’s set up the optimal conditions for our practice to thrive through a daily routine of actions that serve us so that we may serve others.
