We have to understand that we’ve been trained, from birth, to take on others view of the world. Partially so that you could function, but also so that you would fall in line with what they needed. So, through that process, you adopted the fundamental idea that your inner guidance came from outside of yourself. So we examine learning how to trust your own voice again without taking on anyone else’s opinion or structure of the world. Doing the work means knowing yourself. And knowing yourself is to remember just how connected to source you really are! What is true to you? How does that feel? Let’s meditate on it and take a look!
